Prices
All prices include 25% VAT and are without shipping costs. 


Purchase
Products are ordered via our online store where you can check the price and see which items you have placed in your shopping bag. You can remove items from your shopping bag if needed.

When you have completed your shopping, please proceed to checkout and fill in the requested information. You can check your products and total amount during check out.
Please make sure to check that the weight of your monitor without stand is within the weight range of the selected product (s).

The ordering process is completed when you have entered your payment details and completed payment. After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation E-mail. Please check that you have provided the correct E-mail, delivery address and phone number.

If you choose to cancel your order, this must be done in reasonable time, this means before you receive the following status change notification: “Awaiting Shipment”.

Payment
Payments are made using a credit card or Paypal. You can see at the footer of the webshop which credit cards can be used. We will never withdraw a larger amount than approved at the time of your purchase.

Shop.ergotechgroup.eu uses a Stripes payment gateway which ensures that the credit card data is sent encrypted. All transactions are made using a secure payment system via an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. Ergotech Group is therefore not able to view your personal data.

Shipping
We use a number of shipping companies to fulfil your orders: UPS , GLS , PostNord, and Danske Fragtmænd . If at reception, the package seems to have been opened and /or damaged, this must be notified immediately to the postman.

Delivery
We offer Free Shipping for most EU Countries and Norway. Flat Rate is applied to a few EU Countries and destinations outside of the EU. You will see which shipping rate applies to your destination after you have specified the delivery address. The specific shipping costs will be added before you finalise your order.

If the ordered items are in stock, your order will normally be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days from the receipt of your order. You will receive an E-mail notification with the package tracking number when your order has been shipped. The risk of the goods passes to the Buyer at the time of the delivery.

Terms of delivery
The goods shall be delivered in accordance with ICC Incoterms 2010 CIP, Copenhagen, Denmark (Ergotech Group business address) unless otherwise agreed and stated in the order confirmation.

Reservations
Ergotech Group holds the rights to make reservations for price changes, item unavailability, typing errors in prices and other information on the webshop.

Return
You have 14 days to return or cancel your order. The product(s) must be returned unopened, unused and in original packaging in the same condition and quantity as was received. The cost of return shipment shall be borne by the buyer.

The return of goods must be agreed in advance with Ergotech Group. Upon receiving and approving the returned item(s), we will refund the amount paid to your account as quickly as possible. A refund can only be made to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to purchase the item(s).

Complaints
All purchases are subjected to the Danish Sale of Goods Act specifying 24 months right to invoke lack of conformity, including manufacturing and material defects in the product.
However, this does not apply to defects, damages or wear and tear due to the buyer’s abuse, misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

The buyer is under the obligation to check the goods immediately upon receipt. A complaint in respect of concealed damage must be made no later than 14 days after the defect could first have been detected. A complaint must be submitted in writing (no later than 14 days after receipt/detection) and contain an exact specification of the damage or defect. If the product is defective, Ergotech Group will undertake at its own discretion either to remedy the defect, replace the defective parts or the whole product or refund the buyer for the defective product.

Liability
Ergotech Group shall under no circumstances be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damages or charges of expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the items.

Legal venue
Any disputes between a customer and Ergotech Group will be settled in the City Court of Copenhagen according to Danish law.
